James Curran Profile

James studied at Webber Douglas Academy in South Kensington. He has a certified qualification in Stage Combat. He adapted and devised Ted Hughes Crow as Crow show at The Wivenhoe Arts Centre. He is a member of The Independent Centre for Actor Training
James has appeared in a number of short films in collaboration with Screenology and Bristol Independent Film makers. He has just taken part in a 5 day Shakespeare Masterclass at The Cygnet Theatre, Exeter with Miriam Gale of the RSC.
He appeared in Scandal and Beauty an Academy 7 production for BBC4 alongside Mark Gatiss. In 2023 James featured in an advertisement for Air Landline.
He recently played multiple roles in Seizing the Day Company’s production of Bluffing your way through Ballet at The Bath Fringe in June and at The Tobacco Factory, Bristol in October 2023. He has just finished a tour with the South Devon Players. Appearing as King Duncan and Siward in their production of Macbeth.
