Jacob Cordery Profile

I am a London-based actor and filmmaker with experience across both stage and screen. At the Edinburgh Fringe, I played the Renaissance painter Sandro Botticelli in 'La Bella', a two-person play that ran for two weeks. The production demanded sustained character work, strong comic and dramatic timing, and a close onstage partnership.

I have also acted in three short films, including 'Tippy Toes', which I wrote, directed, edited, scored and performed in. The film went on to receive several festival selections and awards. Alongside acting, I have produced and directed further narrative and documentary projects through Four Eyes Productions.

My experience behind the camera gives me a strong understanding of framing, continuity, eyelines and how to adapt a performance between takes. I am equally enthusiastic about stage and screen work and enjoy bringing intelligence, energy and a collaborative attitude to every production.
