Isaiah James-Mitchell Profile

I am an actor, singer, mover, and theatre-maker. My most recent performances have been a Work in Progress movement and text performance after two weeks of R&D in December, at Green Man festival with the School for Wise Children Band and at the Lyric Hammersmith Studio in The Bacchae where I played Pentheus. I am a classically trained Tenor with an Ab2-D#5 range, highly skilled in MT, Gospel, Choral, and Operatic styles. In my musical theatre experience, I have played roles such as Collins in Rent, Judge Turpin in Sweeney Todd, and Utterson in Jekyll and Hyde. I have a background in dance, having achieved a Gold ISTD standard in Ballet, Tap, and Modern, and dancing on the Saddlers Wells main stage with Contemporary youth company Step Into Dance.
