Helena Wigan Profile

I am a German–Hungarian actor and professional dancer, fluent in English, German, Hungarian, and French. My training includes Stella Adler Studio of Acting, the Lee Strasberg Institute, The Unseen London, Act Up North, and a four-month professional acting course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

My recent work includes lead roles in independent UK film productions and a featured role in Paul Greengrass’ upcoming feature The Uprising. I am particularly drawn to emotionally complex, character-driven work across film, television, and theatre.

With a strong physical foundation through dance, I bring precision, stamina, and embodied storytelling to my performances. I work confidently across accents and cultures and am comfortable in international productions. I am reliable, well-prepared on set, and highly collaborative, with a strong commitment to both craft and professionalism.
