Health and wellness are important to me, which complements my work as a model and helps me maintain the energy and strength the role demands. I have previously practiced yoga, muay thai, kickboxing, and now spend my days doing pilates. In recent years, I have taken adult ballet classes, which has enhanced my movement and posing range.

With a background in nursing, I’m detail-oriented and resilient, which ensures that I’m reliable on set and ready to tackle challenging concepts. I previously taught kickboxing to help women achieve their fitness goals and help boost their confidence, that experience taught me discipline and the importance of empowering others. My wellness lifestyle keeps me in peak condition for physically demanding or energetic shoots, and my diverse interests bring a fresh, adaptable energy to my work.
