Grace Whitty Profile

I love to play in the imaginative world of acting and am deeply interested in how theatre and film can be a force for change in the world. Over the last few years, I have gained experience in film, including a speaking part in Jessica Hausner's Club Zero where I also landed a role as a crowd runner for the remainder of the shoot. I have experience in theatre, musical theatre, circus, clown and am part of The Flying Seagulls. I have worked in collaboration with Simon McBurney's company Complicite at Pegasus Theatre and have experience in burlesque, pointe, contemporary, musical theatre and grade 7 ballet. In 2018 I choreographed a contemporary dance routine which was selected to be performed at the Oxford Playhouse 80th Gala alongside stars such as David Tennant and Gugu Mbatha Raw. I can sing, play piano, guitar, bass guitar, accordion, and penny whistle. I have a strong athletic ability as I used to run at a nationally competitive level.
