About Me
I am a character actor with a wide range of vocal ability. I recently played Karen, a tight arsed southern birdwatcher pitting herself against a northern birdwatcher. This year I played a northern bingo fanatic with learning disabilities. My nickname has been 'the newsreader' for my straight read voice and also 'one take George' as I tend to not need many takes. I look very young for my age. I used to work in production so I know how TV programmes and radio shows are made, which underpins my knowledge of how productions are put together. I have some directing and producing experience both in studio and on location. My comic timing is really good, I have been on stage at the Comedy Store compering a talent show and got a booking straight off the back of that. Michelle Smith of Michelle Casting called me a revelation, which was nice.
