Doc Martinez Profile

Michael "Doc" Harris, aka Doc Martinez, was born as Miguel Martinez to an immigrant mother from Puerto Rico. His adoption changed his legal surname to Harris. Doc served proudly and honorably in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard from 2001 to 2016, working with Special Forces and other Special Operations units, and was a Tactical Combatives and Firearms instructor and a medical NCO. He is retired and spends time with his family outside of San Antonio, TX, enjoying an occasional appearance in commercials or student films and as a background extra for ATX Studios in Austin, TX, for TV. He has extensive experience in tactical driving, firearms training and use, military-style combatives, fight scene/stage and weapon choreography, and has been an avid vocalist his whole life. He has studied the Authentic Meisner Training system at Playhouse ATX in Austin, TX, with Marshall and Jamie Allman.
