Diamond Parris Profile

I’m a dedicated and versatile actor with experience across short films and feature productions. Most recently, I played the lead roles in two short films - The Secret Life of Men (student production, 2024) and Lola (produced by Phoenix Studios, 2024). In 2025, I appeared in a supporting role in Bollocks (Phoenix Studios), and I’ve also worked as a featured extra in various feature-length films, gaining valuable on-set experience and insight into professional production environments.
I began my training at the Young Actors Theatre, where I studied from ages 12 to 16, building a strong foundation in stagecraft and screen performance. More recently, I completed several courses with the National Youth Theatre, including the Advanced Acting for Screen module in 2024, which helped me refine my camera technique and deepen my understanding of screen acting.
