About Me

David is an experienced stage and interactive events actor, originally from the West Country. With practical experience as a farmhand and qualifications in operating tractors and telehandlers, he is ideally suited for rural or agricultural roles.

David is a skilled children’s performer, and has recently collaborated with The Walking Theatre Company, Culture Creative and Cheltenham Festivals; bringing energy, engagement and fun to family audiences.

David has a passion for Shakespeare and has portrayed a range of characters from the bard’s canon, notably: Malvolio, Caliban, Macbeth, Banquo and Leontes. Most recently, David earned acclaim for his lead role as Irwin in The History Boys; which was described as ‘a very compelling performance.’

Last year he worked under the direction of Kirstie Davis with The Everyman Theatre on a special production to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Gustav Holst. He also performed at the RSC Holloway Gardens.
