Daisy Culkin Profile

I’m 22 years old from Doncaster and a recent graduate from Shockout Arts in Manchester. During my time there I trained in Professional Commercial Dance which involved classes in musical theatre and acting. Most recently, I performed in their graduation show, Shockout Live, at the Manchester Opera House being involved in several pieces including acting scenes. However, as I’d describe myself as a dancer first, my first experiences of acting were in secondary school where I chose to do GCSE and A level drama, in which both I was successful in securing good grades. The confidence I gained from these drama classes allowed me to understand and play more convincing roles in productions at university such as when we did in house productions, such as a West Side Story and Wicked.
