Cianna Forrester Profile

I performed on big theatre stages from a young age. To start, I was in baby Ballet at age 4 and Acro from 7-8 at In Harmony Dance & Wellness Ltd. I performed in recitals doing lifts, cartwheels, backbends and carrying others upside down. I then trained in martial arts at CanAm Karate. From age 12 to now, I enrolled in recreational hip-hop and attended lyrical workshops at Simply Swagg Dance Studio. I performed in recitals and dance competitions. The skills I’ve learned from these organizations were patience, perseverance, self-confidence, self-defence and discipline. In grades 6-8, I played the flute and performed in the Christmas concert. In third year of high school, I performed in the spring concert. I took drama in grades 9 and 10 where I memorized scripts. I did choir as an alto/soprano. I’ve helped teach martial arts at CanAm Karate, dance techniques at Simply Swagg in the Mini Mobb class and I am currently learning at Centennial Performing Arts Centre. The Fundamentals Program.
