Being autistic shapes how I experience the world, how I perform in demanding environments. Autism isn’t something separate from my achievements, It affects how I process sound, movement, emotion and pressure. What many people see as limitations have become tools once I learned how to understand and control them.
Those same traits carry into my acting, particularly Scare Acting. Acting is often assumed to be difficult for autistic people because of its social nature. In reality, autism affects my acting in unique ways. When I step into a role, I commit fully. I inhabit the character physically and mentally, creating performances that feel intense and authentic.
Years of kickboxing have given me discipline and physical presence. Becoming a silver world champion in kickboxing required physical endurance and mental resilience. Winning the English championship confirmed that I could perform under pressure.
