My Name is Charles Smith, I’m 19 and I live in Limehouse in London. I am originally from Bournemouth but moved not long after I turned 19. I first started acting in secondary school doing Drama lessons and school plays. After leaving secondary school, I went to college to study Engineering for 2 years and worked for South Western Railway one day a week in a railway depot. However, I was still pursuing acting outside of college by doing acting courses, travelling up to London to do SA work and applying to drama schools. After I finished college, I decided to pursue acting full time and the best way to do this was by moving to London. So, for about a year or so after college I worked at a few different pubs and restaurants to save up the money to move out. During this time, I was still frequently travelling up to London to do SA work and act in a number of short films and plays. Eventually, I saved up enough money to get a room in a flat share in Limehouse which is where I live now.
