Charles Patterson Profile

Charlie Patterson studied at the London School of Dramatic Art under David Carlyle, graduating in July 2023. He made his theatrical debut in Love and Information at the Chelsea Theatre, directed by Beth Vyse and portrayed Duke Vincentio in Measure for Measure, directed by Russell Bolam. He has recently appeared in Star-Crossed at the Cockpit Theatre and in Cycle of Echoes at the Canal Theatre, which he co-wrote.
Charlie has a professional background in teaching, care and support work and is passionate about making the theatre an accessible space for people from less privileged backgrounds. He believes that theatre can shine a light on the neglect and injustices prevalent in our social systems.
He also holds a bachelors degree in Creative Writing from the University of Gloucestershire and is a published author and poet.
