Chakib Daou Profile

Hi, my name is Chakib Daou. I’m a bilingual French–English actor and Arabic speaker, currently based between Paris and London. I grew up in France, in a multicultural family of Algerian, French, Turkish, and Maltese descent, and have been living in London since 2020, which allows me to work easily across both the French and UK industries.
I’ve appeared in several film and television projects, including Mercato by Tristan Séguéla, Atomic (Sky) by Shariff Kerver, as well as the series Hippocrate and The Bureau, and the TV film Le Jour de ma Mort. My experience spans both lead and supporting roles, with a focus on authentic, character-driven performances.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about movement and sports — I played football in a club for many years, practiced Aikido, and recently took up horse riding and golf. I also love running and swimming — I honestly feel like a fish in water!
