Carmel Harrison Profile

Carmel has performed all her life. A former student of Stagecoach stage school & former member of the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir, she has performed for royalty & heads of state. She has a BA (HONS) in Popular Music from Leeds College of Music, following courses at Liverpool Theatre School & Liverpool Community College. She is a qualified singing & music teacher & did this until the pandemic, as well as performing as a function musician in a folk duo for several years. Shes a former beauty queen, winning the titles Miss Galaxy Barnsley in 2013, Miss Prima Beauty Manchester & DreamStreets Miss Sheffield in 2014. Following the pandemic, she has worked as a performer. She’s an extra in horror movie Boarhog, horror TV series Mister Seeing & comedy tv series The Joeys&played Madison in upcoming spy thriller, Jon Ghost. She was part of the award winning cast of PsychoPath 2023 & 2024. She is a singer/songwriter under the stage name Strange Unusual & released a single in 2020 & a poet.
