About Me
Carla is a fresh and exciting Scottish Actor/Writer/Singer, who recently graduated from the BA (Hons) Acting Course at Italia Conti and is represented by Red Talent Management.
She began acting at her local Youth Theatre in Paisley, before training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Junior Acting Programme (2016-2019), The National Youth Theatre (2018) and Acting Coach Scotland (HNC - Acting, 2019/20).
Before beginning her drama school training, she co-wrote and devised a play for the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 - "Avalanche" - and received 5 star reviews. During her time at Italia Conti, Carla flourished in a range of characters, including Dolly in One Man Two Guvnors, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, and Rose in The Flick by Annie Baker.
Carla has a lot of experience in front of Camera during her Acting for Camera classes, and tackled a variety of texts. This training came to a climax when she filmed her professional Showreel at Italia Conti, which wrapped at the end of 2022.
