Cameron Robertson Profile

I’m a young scottish actor born in Falkirk, I’ve recently performed in several student short films, and I’m about to start several more projects. Currently working on my university end of year show ‘Afterlife’ by Hirokazu Kore-eda where I play the 74 year old Hirokazu Mochizuki. I’ve recently taken part in a writing competition in a play called ‘a submarine for mice’ where I played a vindictive manipulative dreamer who takes advantage of a homeless man who is grieving his dead son. My strengths lie in theatre but I’m a constantly improving screen actor who likes to play with accents and my register, for example for ‘Hiro’ I’m playing with an older register or in my performance last year of ‘Posh’ by Laura Wade as Alistair Ryle I did an RP accent. I love experimenting with different acting techniques and practices. I’m trained in mime, animal studies, Meisner, stage combat and Laban, I revel in more villainous roles but I’m honestly up for attempting any role that’s out on front of me.
