Bill Thibeault is a producer, director, actor, and UGC creator from Norwich, CT. He's also a Vietnam Veteran and survivor of one of the worst naval disasters of the Vietnam War, the collision of the USS Frank E. Evans in 1969 and loss of 74 of his shipmates . He is producing and acting in the feature film "Put The Stone Down", a fictional narrative about veterans with PTSD. He also produced and directed "Seventy-Four", a proof of concept film about his lost shipmates.
