Bethan Draycott Profile

I am an actor, singer and theatre-maker based in Surrey.

I play the cello to a high level, speak fluent Spanish and Italian, and have dance training in Ballet and Jazz.

I've worked in short films, as a voice actor both in the UK and in Mexico City, and starred in National Tours of musicals such as "Persephone", for which I was nominated Best Leading Performer in a New Production of a Musical on Broadway World. Most recently, I lead a musical at the Camden Fringe, which received several 5* reviews.

After graduating from the University of Oxford, I received a scholarship to travel the US and Canada and research live performance, where I became an apprentice at Bread and Puppet Theater in Vermont.

I currently direct part-time for Rare Productions and Open Page Productions, and am passionate about new writing and making theatre accessible to communities.
