Benjamin Sumrie Profile

I have just completed my 4 year degree at The University of Edinburgh, but during that time I dedicated my spare time to my passion; the creative arts, as I have always had a great interest in theatre and film and this passion has driven me to pursue a career in the industry. I have been fortunate enough to work on many theatrical and creative productions during my time at university and since I was a young child,I have been in commercials and professional stage productions. I have previously also had experience as a compere in variety shows and performing in musicals. Most recently I completed a full run last Edinburgh Fringe in '20 Minutes of Action'; an original, verbatim piece concerning one of the US' most famous sexual assault case trials; playing the perpetrator of this crime.
