My background in facilitating group sessions and wellbeing focused work has given me strong communication skills, adaptability and the ability to respond naturally in the moment. I’m comfortable taking direction, adjusting quickly and working collaboratively in creative environments. I value keeping my mind and body healthy and regularly use the gym, love nature walks and practice daily mindfulness meditation to support my wellbeing, focus and emotional balance. I also use movement, breath and body awareness in my work, which help me stay relaxed, focused and present. I run a small creative wellbeing practice where I make organic healing balms, herbal teas and wax melts. I also design, bake and decorate bespoke birthday cakes.
