About Me

As an actor and singer, predominantly taking on principal roles in musical theatre Angus has developed a large portfolio including Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, The Master of Ceremonies in Chicago and Mr Cox in Gilbert and Sullivan's Cox & Box, demonstrating Angus's versatility and dedication as a performer.

Achieving LAMDA Grade 7 (Silver Award) Angus has also delved into a number of dramatic roles from plays including Journey's End, The Importance of Being Earnest and Hamlet. Studying Theatre Studies at A Level, Angus found interest in immersive and Brechtian acting techniques devising a play that intentionally invokes audience's awareness, illustrating media bias during the Irish Troubles.

Whilst Studying Film and Media at Newcastle University and a Masters at the London Film Academy, Angus successfully auditioned for the university chamber choir, Theatre and Gilbert & Sullivan societies, as well as appearing in numerous student short films, two of which he wrote.
