I am comfortable speaking in front of small groups, and groups up to 350 people.
As a Sports Medicine instructor and first aid instructor, I am very comfortable with medical terminology as well as specific skills related to the medical field.
Coaching is a passion-football, basketball, and soccer.
I lead large group sessions in engaging and active participation through Link Crew.
I have no formal training, but “no habits are better than bad habits!”
