Ana Gomes Nunes Profile

I'm an actor whose majority of my acting experience has come from my time in education- During college, I spent a large amount of time doing theatre, where I was given the oppurtunity to play a variety of different characters in plays such as Brainstorm, This Murder Was Staged, and School Girls, Or; The African Mean Girls Play. I highly believe that starting off with theatre training has given me the ability to remain consistent with my energy for long periods of time whilst performing, which has been a benefit to me whilst doing screen acting in terms of continuity. I'm still quite new to screen acting, as I've only featured in a few student short films. However, my experience in directing short films has given me greater insight into how a professional set works and the professionalism that is required of me. Overall, I'm quite passionate about theatre and films and the ways in which we can express creativity through it and I want nothing but to play an impactful role in the industry
