Amira is a Danish professional actress educated at The Danish National Theatre School in Copenhagen 2011. She plays Nana Kvist 4th season of Borgen, as Louse in Splitting up Together and latest as Aysia in An Example, wich was the main winner of The Shortlist Award and wichh is nominated for a Robert Award (Danish Oscar) in 2024.
Amira Jensen has in 2023 also been quite know for her role as Rose in DR's latest Tv-series PRISONER wich was Cannes Selected in 2023 and which is also nominated for a Robert Award 2024.
Besides being an actres Amira Jensen is the former producer and writer of Viva la Frida. She was nominated as BEST LEAD ACTRESS in both 2019 and in 2021 in Denmark for her role as Cristina Kahlo. A selfmade production that was sold to 31 cities during the pandemic.
In 2024 Amira is premiering in 1 Featured film and two tv-series as a supporting actress and a 2 months theater-tour with a the play "16:29". She was also nominated here as BREAKTHROUGH of the Year in 2019.
