Amanda Nicholson Profile

I was a TV extra on At Home With the Braithwaites, which was in 1999. However, I attended a weekly workshop style drama group in Leeds for over a year. Last year, I also attended an 8 week drama/comedy skills workshop in Manchester. Apart from that, I've been a regular spoken word performer (around 2 or 3 times a month) for over seven years, and even help to run a monthly night. I think there are some transferable skills from this that help in acting.

Just recently, I was an extra in an indie film which will be released at the end of 2024, called "The Joy of Falling".

I also thought it would be fun to do a series of 10 short YouTube videos where I dressed up as a zombie and pretended to be a 'zombie influencer" which was definitely acting experience. I've included a link to these below.
