Alexandria Bassett Profile

I don't really have any acting experience, but as a child I loved movies, especially scary horror. When I got bored, I would act out certain movie scenes at home and memorize the lines from my favorite movies. In school, I always wanted to do theatre arts, but I was so shy I didnt think I could be on stage and say my lines and stay in character in front of a lot of people. However, I was great at memorizing lines. In college, I had theatre friends who would let me say lines with them so they could practice. They all thought I was great and tried to get me to sign up for theatre but I was still too shy. In English class, during college, I had a group project concerning British literature and my group decided to do a skit. We dressed up and acted out the story we were reading. We also filmed it and got extra credit for it.
