Adrian Stranik Profile

I am a writer and musician who has also acted in a number of theatre productions and appeared in a few TV shows and films, over the years - everything from a musical adaptation of DH Lawrence's The Virgin & the Gypsy to Banquo in the Open University's production of McBeth. My most challenging role was in the Buddy Holly Story. I played the guy with the glasses and performed all of the songs myself.
I have appeared all over the world as a solo artist and with my bands The Silver Brazilians and The Broadway Twisters. I am also the author of a highly acclaimed novel Monomania, Mon Amour and expect to have my second book out for the summer of 2024.
Having recently been made redundant from my long time IT Support gig, I am now in the happy position of having a lot of time on my hands and intend to use it getting back into more acting and film work. Most recently I have appeared in BBC productions Sister Boniface, Silent Witness and Back to School as myself, talking about Muhammad Ali.
