Adam Cain Profile

Hello. To introduce myself. My name is Adam Cain. I am from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
I am hardworking, professional, committed, friendly, punctual, reliable, and flexible.
To open up. I am a neurodivergent (autistic spectrum) (with moderate learning, speech, language, and communication difficulties.).
I learned acting and physical theatre in a group of four others at Core Theatre Arts and for disadvantaged individuals. I played supporting roles to learn at my own pace to create a character (I graduated in December 2020). For other experience, I have performed as an extra in multiple film & TV productions. I am looking into increasing my confidence, and taking on more projects for more experience and to up my skills in performing.
Outside. I love being physically active at the gym to stay in shape, performing weightlifting, TRX training, cycling, walking, running and the outdoors. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet.
